Refund policy

At Moonshine & Co. By Kaitlin E Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kaitlinedesigns@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For damaged or defective items, please notify us immediately with photos, and we will provide a replacement or full refund.
